WithinManagement.com (“WebSite”) is concerned with the protection of your personal data and therefore wants you (“you”)to be familiar with how we collect, process and communicate personal data. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in relation to the information that we and our subcontractors collect through the WebSite, operated and controlled by us, and from which you are accessing this Privacy Policy. By providing us with personal data or by using the Website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

Personal Data Collection

General

The WebSite is generally accessible and not subject to any prior registration, however, some areas of the WebSite may ask you to provide personal information so that you can benefit from specific features (such as subscribing to newsletters, comments / suggestions or for processing forms) or to participate in a specific action. In any case, you will be informed about the mandatory response fields (which have an asterisk) and the optional response fields (which do not have an asterisk). Comments

When visitors leave comments on the WebSite (when this feature is enabled), we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the IP address and data of the visitor’s browser, to aid in the detection of spam. An anonymised string of characters created from your email (also called a hash) can be sent to Gravatar to see if you use the service. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment has been approved, your profile picture is publicly visible next to your comment.

By leaving a comment on the WebSite, you may choose to save your name, email and WebSite in cookies. This is for your comfort, so you do not have to fill in your data again when you make another comment. These cookies last for one year. If you have an account and access this WebSite, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.

When you access your account on the WebSite, we also create multiple cookies to save your account data and your display choices. Register in the WebSite

For users who register with our WebSite (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete your personal information at any time (but you cannot change your username). WebSite administrators can also view and edit this information.

Communication Through Forms

The WebSite provides forms for communication between you and the WebSite, such as the “Contact” form, or any other kind of form on the WebSite. These forms can request information such as: name, email, address, telephone, function, among others (check specifically on each form the type of information requested), some of which are required, others optional. Such information is requested in order to understand the context of the questioning. In addition to this, information about the IP address, date, and time of submission of the form is also collected. All such information previously described is also stored in the entity providing the form submission service, and in the hosting service. This information, we must keep record for administrative, legal or security purposes, and therefore cannot be deleted at your request.

Social Media Share Buttons

The sharing buttons allow you to share the page / image of the WebSite in your Social Network, however, it may be collected by the Social Network plug-in your IP address, the type of your browser, information about your interaction with your Social Network , among others, and even store cookies in your browser. Embedded Media from other Sites

The pages of this WebSite may include embedded content such as videos, images, articles, etc. Embedded content from other sites behaves exactly the same as if the visitor were visiting the other site. IP Address

Your IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer you are using by your Internet service provider. We adopt the reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect the personal data for which we are responsible, among which we can mention, secure connection (https), plug-in for WebSite security, etc. Unfortunately, no data transmission via the Internet or data storage systems can be considered 100% secure. Data Retention Period
