Personal Data Collection
The WebSite is generally accessible and not subject to any prior registration, however, some areas of the WebSite may ask you to provide personal information so that you can benefit from specific features (such as subscribing to newsletters, comments / suggestions or for processing forms) or to participate in a specific action. In any case, you will be informed about the mandatory response fields (which have an asterisk) and the optional response fields (which do not have an asterisk). We may cross-reference the data you provided with other data we collect about you, whether online or offline. We may also cross-reference such data with data we receive from you from other sources, such as from publicly available information sources (including information from your publicly available social networking profiles) and from third parties.
By leaving a comment on the WebSite, you may choose to save your name, email and WebSite in cookies. This is for your comfort, so you do not have to fill in your data again when you make another comment. These cookies last for one year. If you have an account and access this WebSite, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.
When you access your account on the WebSite, we also create multiple cookies to save your account data and your display choices. Register in the WebSite
For users who register with our WebSite (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete your personal information at any time (but you cannot change your username). WebSite administrators can also view and edit this information.
Communication Through Forms
The WebSite provides forms for communication between you and the WebSite, such as the “Contact” form, or any other kind of form on the WebSite. These forms can request information such as: name, email, address, telephone, function, among others (check specifically on each form the type of information requested), some of which are required, others optional. Such information is requested in order to understand the context of the questioning. In addition to this, information about the IP address, date, and time of submission of the form is also collected. All such information previously described is also stored in the entity providing the form submission service, and in the hosting service. This information, we must keep record for administrative, legal or security purposes, and therefore cannot be deleted at your request.
Social Media Share Buttons
The sharing buttons allow you to share the page / image of the WebSite in your Social Network, however, it may be collected by the Social Network plug-in your IP address, the type of your browser, information about your interaction with your Social Network , among others, and even store cookies in your browser. To learn more about the information collected and how the Social Network uses them, you should check the respective sites of each of the Networks before interacting with it.

As you navigate through the WebSite, some information may be passively collected (that is, you have not actively provided it) through the use of various technologies. We and our subcontractors collect and process data in a variety of ways, including:
Through your Browser
Certain information is collected by most browsers, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (for example, Windows, Macintosh, etc.), monitor resolution, operating system version, and type and the version of the Internet browser. We may collect similar information if you access the WebSite through a mobile device, such as your device type and its identifier number.
You may, if you want, not accept these cookies. Your IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer you are using by your Internet service provider. An IP address can be automatically identified and registered in the log files of our servers or our subcontracted entities whenever a user visits the WebSite along with the visiting time and the page (s) visited, and other information, such as the place of origin. The registration of the IP address can also occur when you submit a form, or click on any link. Registering IP addresses is a common practice on the Internet and is done automatically by multiple websites. We use IP addresses for purposes of calculating site usage levels to help diagnose problems with the server and to administer the Site.
Treatment and Communication of your Personal Data
We treat and communicate personal data you provide to us as described at the time of collection.

What Are Your Rights to Your Data?
If you have an account with this WebSite or if you have left comments, you can request a file exported from this personal data that we hold about you, and you can also request that we remove the personal information we hold about you. This does not, however, include any data that we are required to maintain for administrative, legal or security purposes, such as data submitted by you via the forms, as the “Contact” form.
Third Party Sites and Services
We adopt the reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect the personal data for which we are responsible, among which we can mention, secure connection (https), plug-in for WebSite security, etc. Unfortunately, no data transmission via the Internet or data storage systems can be considered 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately of the problem by contacting us using the “Contact” form.
Data Retention Period
Unless we solicit specifically, we ask you not to provide us, and do not disclose, any sensitive personal data (eg, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health data, criminal offenses or trade union membership, etc.) on or through the WebSite, or in other way. In cases where we may request the provision of sensitive personal data, we will do so by requesting your express consent.
